Turnaround time is how long an item takes to make.

This does not include how long an item takes to ship.

All UK items are shipped first class,

UK items usually take 2/3 working days (monday-Friday) once dispatched.

This is only a guide and may take longer during busier periods eg Christmas, Mothers day etc.

International items are shipped 1st class tracked,

These usually take 1-4 weeks,

However this can be longer if an item is held in customs.
